Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Elwood essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
